Q. What are the benefits of this system over traditional pumps for use with chambers?
A. The main problem with ink pumps when used with chambers is too much pump pressure. This causes leakage through the chamber end seals. Simple pneumatic selector switches make operation and speed setting very easy and repeatable. Ink can be drained back from the chamber to minimize ink loss when changing colors.

Q. How does this system wash up?
A. Most pumps are very hard to clean. The IDS cleans up very fast and very thoroughly. Water/solvent can be flushed through the IDS and chamber for a quick clean up. While this system is in no way a complete and thorough automated wash up system like our RapidWash, clean up time will be significantly reduced, especially in narrow web applications.

Q. How reliable is this system?
A. This is the only ink delivery system on the market that has a three-year warranty on all parts. While the price is higher than conventional pumps, the reliability, speed control, and 0 parts costs makes this pump a bargain.
