People want to know that they will be helped by someone who is courteous, knowledgeable, and timely in their actions –not someone who is sitting in a room with dozens of other call takers collecting a paycheck.

Going the extra mile for customers is a philosophy at Harris & Bruno that was founded back when Nick’s father, Mr. Louie Bruno, founded the company in 1948. “Taking pride in the workplace starts from the top down and everyone knows that. What we expect from our employees is no less or no more than what I expect from myself,” continues Nick. As we continue to grow, our focus on supporting our equipment wherever it lands remains a priority.
