Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Original Work Requirement

By submitting artwork, you confirm that the submission is your own original creation and that you hold all rights necessary to grant the permissions described in these terms. You confirm that your submission does not infringe any third party rights. You further acknowledge that Harris & Bruno International is not responsible for verifying originality or ownership, and you assume full responsibility for any infringement, dispute, or claim arising from third party materials contained in your submission. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your submission does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights. You also represent and warrant that you have full, unrestricted rights to grant an exclusive license to your submission, even if the artwork has been previously published, licensed, displayed, or contractually encumbered. You further warrant that all elements contained in your submission are either fully original to you, or properly licensed with all necessary rights secured for the uses described in these Terms and Conditions.

License and Usage Rights

You grant Harris & Bruno International and its event partners and sponsors: Harris & Bruno International, HP, DSCOOP, and Taktiful (collectively, the Event Sponsors) an exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, display, publish, and create derivative works from your submission for promotional, marketing, educational, commercial, or any other corporate purpose. This includes printed samples, digital media, social media, events, press materials, and future campaigns. Nothing in this agreement restricts you from using or displaying your own artwork elsewhere.

Rights to Modify or Adapt

You authorize Harris & Bruno International to make adjustments, edits, alterations, or other modifications to your artwork as needed for production, formatting, or any purpose related to company use.

Attribution

While rights granted to Harris & Bruno International are exclusive, the company will attribute the artwork to the original artist when commercially reasonable in the context of the use. You consent to the use and public display of your name for attribution purposes in connection with your submission.

No Compensation

Participation is voluntary. You acknowledge that no monetary compensation, royalties, or fees will be provided for submission or for any use of your artwork.

Selection and Production

Harris & Bruno International retains full discretion to determine which submissions are produced, showcased, included in sample packs, or entered into external award programs.

Eligibility

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate and that no employment, contract, or other agreement prohibits you from granting these rights.

Changes to Terms

Harris & Bruno International may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Submission Deadline

All entries must be received no later than January 16 2026. Submissions received after this date are not eligible and may be disregarded without notice.

All submissions must be uploaded through the official submission form. Files must be provided in PDF format using the provided template. Content must be business appropriate and must not contain explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material. Corrupted, unreadable, or improperly formatted files must be corrected and successfully resubmitted before the deadline. Multiple submissions and resubmissions are allowed. Harris & Bruno International reserves the right to block or reject any abusive, harmful, or inappropriate submissions. A confirmation notice will be sent for all successfully received submissions. If a confirmation is not received, it is the submitter’s responsibility to contact Harris & Bruno International to verify receipt.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Harris & Bruno International and the Event Sponsors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your submission. This includes but is not limited to claims of copyright infringement, unauthorized use of third party materials, or any breach of the representations you make in these Terms and Conditions.
