Nick's Notes: December 2025

As we close out the year, I want to express my sincere gratitude to our employees, customers, and suppliers for their continued trust and partnership. As a family-owned company supported by an exceptional management team, we remain committed to the same core values that have guided us for generations—honesty, transparency, and a deep respect for the people who make our success possible. These values are the foundation of our culture and the reason we continue to grow in a rapidly changing market.

This year brought several exciting developments that strengthen our future. We welcomed new Sales Managers for the APJ and European regions, expanding our global reach and sharpening our ability to serve customers where they are. We also continued investing in the onboarding and training of young people who will become the next generation of leaders, technicians, and innovators within our organization. Their energy and dedication remind us that our future is in good hands.

Operationally we achieved major milestones. The successful launch of new sheet-fed coaters, the ZR Gen2 sheet fed flood coater and the installation of our first digital embellishment coater, the ZRX, are both a testament to our team’s creativity, engineering expertise, and relentless focus on high-value, value-added machinery. Our ability to reinvent our products to meet the evolving needs of the dynamic printing industry remains one of our greatest strengths. This adaptability ensures we remain a trusted partner to customers navigating new challenges and opportunities.

We continued to make meaningful investments in both of our manufacturing facilities in Roseville, CA and Post Falls, ID. Each plant has expanded its capabilities through advanced manufacturing solutions, enabling us to improve efficiency, elevate quality, and support future growth. As we head into the new year, we do so with confidence—rooted in our values, proud of our accomplishments, and committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation in everything we do.
