With a career spanning technical engineering, commercial sales, and leadership across Europe, Adil brings a wealth of experience that will strengthen our commitment to serving printers and partners throughout the region.

A Strong Technical Foundation

Adil began his journey in Brussels, studying engineering before stepping into the graphics sector. Early in his career, he gained hands-on experience with wide-format digital equipment across EMEA, developing a deep technical understanding of print technologies. His expertise expanded further during his time at HP, where he built a foundation of knowledge in advanced digital printing systems.

Leadership at Fujifilm

Over the course of 11 years at Fujifilm, Adil led a multinational team of engineers and application specialists across EMEA. He also managed the company’s European demonstration centers in Brussels and Ratingen, Germany, before transitioning into a commercial role. This blend of technical leadership and customer engagement gave Adil unique insight into how innovation translates into real-world value for customers.

Bridging Technology and Business in Packaging

In recent years, Adil shifted his focus to the packaging industry, where he combined his technical background with a commercial mindset. This balance allows him to understand customer needs from both an engineering and business perspective, ensuring solutions that are both practical and profitable. His customer-first approach aligns perfectly with Harris & Bruno’s values of delivering not just equipment, but long-term partnership and success.
